Introducing COMsolve’s Testing Lab – Designed for testing and validation of mission-critical technologies, and purpose-built to support the growing needs of public safety agencies, emergency communication vendors, telecom operators, and smart device manufacturers. NG9-1-1 and PSAP Testing: Ensuring Emergency Call Reliability


As Canada transitions to Next Generation 9-1-1, ensuring that emergency calls are delivered accurately, reliably, and with the correct caller data is more important than ever. Our lab both tests and simulates real-world emergency call flows, allowing PSAPs, integrators, and vendors to validate end-to-end call delivery across the originating network, ESInet, and call-handling equipment. We test both end to end call scenarios, including the Strawman tests defined by ESWG, as well as call routing, metadata integrity, and dispatchable location delivery.


The lab also supports testing of critical features like call transfer across PSAP boundaries, ensuring that vital information-caller ID, location, and call history-remains intact. Failover testing scenarios simulate network or ESInet outages to validate system redundancy, rerouting protocols, and CPE integration, providing PSAPs with confidence that their systems will perform under any condition.


OEM and Device Certification: Accelerating Time to Market


For device manufacturers, chipset vendors, and integrators, the lab provides a testing environment that allows validation of device readiness before commercial release. Our team performs LTE protocol stack validation to confirm compliance with 3GPP standards, tests radio performance in clean signal conditions, and runs firmware regression analysis to identify connectivity issues early. Whether you're preparing for operator certification or assessing a new build, we can help ensure your device performs consistently across a wide range of real-world scenarios.


Network Testing for MNOs and Core Vendors


Mobile operators, MVNOs, and core network vendors can use the lab to simulate and test network functionality before field deployment. From VoLTE and VoWiFi call quality assessments to virtual core interoperability testing, our environment replicates the complexities of live networks in a secure, isolated space. Operators can validate SIM profiles, test custom APN configurations, and evaluate fallback behaviour under load. Remote VPN access also allows global operator teams to run secure tests on SIMs, devices, and network settings without needing to be on-site.


IoT, M2M, and Embedded Solutions: Testing for the Connected World


As the Internet of Things expands across sectors like healthcare, automotive, and utilities, our lab supports the validation of M2M devices and embedded modules under diverse network conditions.
