COMsolve's Mental Health Mini-Guide and Resources To Help You

Like an iceberg, we show certain parts of ourselves, sharing fragments of who we are. But underneath that persona, there are parts of ourselves that other people don’t see. And that is okay! This is normal and universal to every single person.

COMsolve shines a light on the various facets that can affect our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Whether through workplace stress, adjusting to the new norms of working from home, social isolation, etc., these past few years have brought on unforeseeable challenges that can be a lot to deal with, especially if you feel alone.

Our continued focus on mental health is highlighted through COMsolve's internal Mental Health seminars. We value commitment dedicated to cultivating a healthy and open work environment that stretches beyond the office.

We want to share some resources we learned throughout our Mental Health seminars with you. Here you can find a selection of resources related to Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia and those with a narrower focus on telecommunication personnel.

We encourage everyone to take a moment to check in with yourself and reflect on how you are handling your mental health.

Remember, asking and/or seeking help is a strength, not a weakness.
